Yesterday we had a bit of a hiccup with Tennis lessons. Hannah was doing fine, watching that ball, and then it happened. You've heard "keep your eye on the ball", well she did, but a bit too literally. That silly ball smacked her right in the eye. Coach Henry had to bring her out to me, and it just wasn't fun for anyone. Fortunately all this was at the END of the lesson, not the beginning. By then end of Rebekah's lesson (an hour later) the eye was better, but still very sensitive to light. That cancelled out her swimming lesson for the day.
I'm pleased to say that this morning, the eye is all better. No swelling, redness etc etc. Maybe the best treatment was the afternoon of playing slip n' slide, swimming in the neighbor's pool and a good night's rest.
