Yesterday was our annual NOT back to school day. The last few years, we have gone to a local water park with friends from our homeschool group.
This year it seemed to be timed really well --many of the local schools have already started, so the park was not ful at all, and the weather was nice!
Barbara came with us so Jesse could play in the water too :)
Except for one bee sting, we had a great day. Somehow, Johnny can never escape those bees! It's swollen this morning, but hoping that it doesn't get any worse.
We stayed so long yesterday, we found out what happens when the park closes. . . . . . . it becomes a birdbath! Kind of changes the way I look at having fun in those waters.
